Closet on the Corner

Curated Consignment

I'd love to help your pieces find their next home

Thank you so much for your interest! I'm currently accepting a limited number of founding consignors as we launch Curated Consignment — a boutique experience, not a drop-off bin.

From the moment you say “I'd like to consign” until you get paid, every step is personal, organized, and curated.

How Curated Consignment works

Everything follows the same warm, professional process — so you always know what comes next.

  1. Step 1

    Say hello

Share a little about your closet. I'm so excited you're interested — I'll reply with a few quick questions so we make sure it's a great fit.

  2. Step 2

    Your Curated Consignment Appointment

Appointments are by reservation only and limited as we launch — personal, not a drop-off. We'll carefully review every piece together (up to 20 items).

  3. Step 3

    I prepare your pieces

Accepted items are steamed, photographed, priced, tagged, and listed in the boutique and online — ready to find their next home.

  4. Step 4

    You get paid monthly

When your pieces sell, you'll get a clear update of sales and earnings, with payment on a monthly schedule.

Everything you need to know before your Curated Consignment Appointment — so you arrive confident and ready.

What Curated Consignment is

Closet on the Corner Curated Consignment is a boutique experience — not a drop-off bin. Pieces are accepted by appointment, prepared with care, and sold in the boutique, on closetonthecorner.com, and through related online channels.

Your Curated Consignment Appointment

Appointments are by reservation only and limited as we launch. Please bring no more than 20 items. We'll review every piece together and decide what fits the boutique.

What to bring

Freshly washed items in excellent condition — no stains, no pet hair, current styles. Women's clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories are welcome when they fit the edit.

Commission

Commission is 60% to the Consignor and 40% to Closet on the Corner.

How long items stay

Items remain on consignment for 90 days. After 30 days we may mark down about 20%; after 60 days, about 40%. Unsold pieces may be picked up within 30 days after the contract ends.

Getting paid

When your pieces sell, you'll receive a clear monthly update of sales and earnings. Choose Venmo, PayPal, or store credit (store credit includes a 10% bonus on your commission — e.g. $100 sold → $60 commission → $66 store credit).
