Your local closet on the corner

Closet on the Corner is a small, friendly shop in Summerville, SC. Everything is pre-loved, new with tags (NWT), or new without tags (NWOT), curated with care. You can shop online and pay before you come, or add items to your cart and choose porch pick up to inspect and pay when you collect.

Add to cart & hold for 3 hours

When you add something to your cart, we hold it for you for 3 hours. You’ll see a “Someone wants me” label on items that are currently on hold. If the person doesn’t complete checkout within 3 hours, the item goes back to the shop and the label disappears. No account needed — we use your browser to remember your cart.

Two ways to get your items

• Pay online, then pick up or ship. Add to cart, go to checkout, and choose pick up in Summerville (free) or ship to you ($8 — one fee for all items). Enter your name and email, place your order, and we’ll send payment details (card via Stripe or Venmo). Once we receive payment, we’ll arrange pickup or ship your items. For Summerville pickup, you choose a preferred date and time—pick up whenever works for you.
• Porch pick up — pay when you collect. Add to cart and at checkout choose “Porch pick up – pay when you collect.” Pick a pickup date (today, tomorrow, or the day after) and time. We’ll reserve your items and send you the address. Come at your chosen time, inspect your items, and pay via Venmo when you pick up.

Payment

We accept Venmo and card (Stripe at checkout). We don’t store card details or require an account. After you place an order, we’ll send payment instructions to your email. For porch pick up, you pay in person when you collect.
